Learn to sail a 62" Catamaran and win against the opposing team in a race around Lulu Island!

To work like a team, you must first learn to work as a team. Our sailing team building event was designed to use both the spirit of sailing as well as the communication of strategy to make your team more effective, be that in a race against another department or maybe a competitor! Our certified instructors teach your team to sail and help your team to win.
Sailing Team Building Event
A sailboat like a company will always rely on team
work. In order to make an effective team, the
members must learn to work together as well as rely
upon each other. What better way to achieve this
goal than through a exercise, fun a and a goal
reached together?
Program:
Enjoy a day filled with fun in the sun starting with a
sailing class, followed by a sail on the open water
where the team has to work together and rely on
each other. After successfully completing a
predetermined course your team can unwind with a
sunset swim BBQ on the beach.
The Desert Island Challenge
Two teams, one goal and the race begins!
Program:
We have developed this corporate team building exercise as a treasure hunt designed to bring your team together, crystallize its strengths and weaknesses, and remove boundaries. With a specific set of instructions and limited tools, two teams are placed on an island with the goal to win through team work. The event ends with the teams building fires and making their own BBQ.
